Welcome to Becozey (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Becozey web application and related services (“Service”). By creating an account or using Becozey, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. About Becozey
Becozey is a web application that scans housing listings across multiple websites and sends users results that match their search preferences. The Service is owned and operated by [Your Full Name or Company Name], based in the Netherlands.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements under applicable law to use this Service.
4. Account Registration

5. Subscription and Payment
Becozey offers paid subscription plans:
1-month plan: €29.00 per month
2-month plan: €19.95 per month
3-month plan: €16.33 per month
All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the billing period unless cancelled. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring payments until cancellation.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase, for any reason. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued.
6. Use of the Service
You agree to use Becozey only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not:
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems;
Use the Service to scrape or resell data;
Interfere with the security, performance, or operation of Becozey;
Use the Service in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
7. Personal Data
We collect and process certain personal data, including your email, phone number, and housing preferences (e.g., location, price range, room count, surface area, furnishing, and other criteria).
All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
Becozey integrates third-party tools and services such as Stripe (for payments), Google Analytics, and Facebook Pixel.
Your use of these services may also be governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or actions.

You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in our emails.
